1. Service Booking
By booking a service with Shine, you agree to the pricing, services, and policies listed on our website.

2. Pricing
Prices listed are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle’s size, condition, and any additional services requested.

3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods listed at booking.

4. Cancellations
Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

5. Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or other conditions that may require additional time or charges.

6. Liability
Shine is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, or issues caused by prior vehicle conditions.

7. Weather & Scheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances that prevent safe service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customers should inspect the vehicle upon completion. If there are concerns, they must be reported before the technician leaves.
